At Kadakcart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Be returned with proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

  • You can request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.
  • Any return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process and Timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 WORKING DAYS
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Exchange Options

  • We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 DAYS of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.
  • Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
